1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original shipment of merchandise. 

2. We will process returns only upon prior approval.  To return merchandise, e-mail us at customer_service@yessirplus.com with the reason for the return and we will send a written response for authorization.  Please provide a phone number so we can call you, if necessary, to discuss the matter.

3. If the reason for return is our error (faulty product, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will provide for return shipping and will refund all merchandise and shipping and handling costs.

4. Otherwise the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of return. Once the return item is received you will be refunded the original charge minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

5. For any items being returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the new item, unless the error was ours. There will be no restocking fee.
